TEDxStockholm is looking for a Communications & Marketing Lead to drive our brand presence and audience engagement. This role will oversee the Social Media Team, External Communications, and PR efforts to ensure TEDxStockholm maintains a strong and consistent voice across all channels. You will work closely with other leads, as well as with the TEDxStockholm licensee and board, to shape the storytelling and promotional strategies for our events.

Key Responsibilities

Strategy & Leadership: Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing and communications strategy that aligns with TEDxStockholm’s mission
Social Media Management: Oversee the social media team to plan, create, and publish engaging content
Public Relations: Manage external communications and media outreach to build relationships with press, influencers, and partners
Content Creation: Guide the development of compelling copy, visuals, and multimedia content that resonates with our audience
Event Promotion: Lead marketing campaigns for TEDxStockholm events
Brand Consistency: Ensure all communication aligns with TED and TEDx branding guidelines
Team Lead and Team Collaboration

Who You Are

Experienced in marketing, communications, PR, or related fields
A strategic thinker who can balance creative storytelling with data-driven decision-making
A collaborative leader who can motivate and guide a team of volunteers
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Is fluent in English and Swedish (written and spoken)
