WHY WE NEED YOU
The festival Gothenburg Fringe will take place in different venues across the city where some venues have proper equipment and own technicians running the shows, others require that equipment is provided and set up by us. This is an exciting experience for everyone involved: the team, the artists and the audience. Our current tech team-leader, who has been volunteering with the festival since 2019, is looking for support this year for enthusiastic technicians. You don't need to a be a professional, but you do need to understand the technology involved.

WE ARE LOOKING FOR YOU WHO
- Enjoy working with light and sound during live performances
- Experienced with rigging of light and sound equipment for performances
- Enjoys quick problem-solving and decision-making
- Happy communicating with artists to set-up their shows
- Is available during the festival period 30th of August to 8th of September full-time (amazing if you would be up for being involved already from mid may on a flexible level!)
WE WILL OFFER YOU
- Practical experience working for a big festival with different genres, organised by mainly volunteers and passionate people
- To choose equipment yourself within a given budget and in collaboration with artists
- An international and creative environment
- Social evenings with the team and artists during the festival
- Free entry to all shows during the festival

Minsta åtagande
Ideally available for planning of the festival together with Tech team leader before festival. Preferably we see you being available during all the days of the festivals but can be discussed.
När och var sker uppdraget
The festival is on from 30th of August to 8th of September. Happening in Gothenburg (most of our venues are around Järntorget until Chapmans torg).
