Supporter Care Officer
We are looking for a diligent, passionate and organized person with experience in managing and maintaining supporter care to join us as Supporter care officer or Supporter recruitment officer.
Your profile
- Degree in social science, marketing or equivalent.
- Minimum 4 years experience from managing and maintaining customers or supporter or equivalent.
- Solid knowledge of best practices in communication.
- Knowledge of Notion and GDPR is an asset.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Excellent knowledge of written and spoken English.
Minimum commitment
Four work hours per week for a period of one year or more. In-person attendance at monthly meetings (first Tuesday pm of every month) in Stockholm. On-line attendance at monthly meetings.
