Supporter Care Officer
Action10 is an entirely volunteer driven organization, with the mission to support local entrepreneurs in poor areas of Sub-Saharan African countries.
We are looking for a diligent, passionate and organized person with experience in managing and maintaining supporter care to join us as Supporter care officer or Supporter recruitment officer.
We are looking for a diligent, passionate and organized person with experience in managing and maintaining supporter care to join us as Supporter care officer or Supporter recruitment officer.
These are critical roles within Action10. Our Supporter Care officers and Supporter Recruitment officers have direct contact with our supporters, who we want to give a very positive experience of their engagement in Action10. They keep track of supporters and give them an individual experience. They provide direct messages, and also work through our social media team and our event team. We want to reward our supporters with increased cross-cultural understanding, a meaningful assignment, and a community to belong to.
Your profile
- Degree in social science, marketing or equivalent.
- Minimum 4 years experience from managing and maintaining customers or supporter or equivalent.
- Solid knowledge of best practices in communication.
- Knowledge of Notion and GDPR is an asset.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Excellent knowledge of written and spoken English.
Minimum commitment
Four work hours per week for a period of one year or more. In-person attendance at monthly meetings (first Tuesday pm of every month) in Stockholm. On-line attendance at monthly meetings.
