Sweden's wildest arts festival is looking for volunteers to join 15th anniversary event.

- Enjoys quick problem-solving and decision-making
- Happy communicating with team, colleagues, artists and audience.
- Is available full-time during the festival period from 26 August to 1 September (it would be fantastic if you would be up for being involved on a flexible level now already).
As there will be alcohol, loud noises and vibrations in several venues during the festival, we primarily look for volunteers over 18 years old. This is to avoid psychological and physical work environment risks for minors. Tasks such as handling valuables, stopping someone from entering an event, quick decision-making, or opening and closing a venue can be stressful and are inappropriate for growing people with short work experience, according to the Swedish Work Environment Authority.
- Practical experience working with an international festival with different genres, organised by mainly volunteers and passionate people

- Social evenings with the team and artists during the festival
- Free entry to all shows during the festival
Ideally, you're available for a few meet-ups in the weeks leading up to the festival. It's fabulous if you're available on all the days of the festival, but at least three shifts during the festival.

Minsta åtagande
Ideally, we would like people who are available to help out as much as possible during the festival week. We would also appreciate you being available for a few meetings in the weeks leading up to the festival, approximately 2 shifts of 2 hours each. At the very least, you should be able to help with 3 shifts of 4 hours each during the festival. For the ones who can do all week we can offer more stable roles and if interesting at the same location (for e.g. technicians, stage hands, site manager etc)
När och var sker uppdraget
During preparation times Stockholm Fringe operates from a HQ office in Telefonplan, and during the festival at around 21 venues over Stockholm.

Stockholm Fringe aims to be accessible for all needs. However, as we collaborate with many external partners we are bound to the in-house rules and venue set-ups. If you have any specific needs, we would like to be informed about them in your application.
