Team Leader Outgoing Exchanges
You will lead and manage your team's performance, representing your Local Branch. Reporting directly to the National Outgoing Exchanges Directors.
Outgoing Global Exchanges:
- Manage applicants for the Global Volunteer and Global Talent programs through your team.
- Guide your team in supporting Exchange Participants during their exchanges abroad.
- Establish International Relations with AIESEC departments globally to ensure high-quality exchanges.
- Provide Learning & Development services.
- Support daily team processes.
- Organize weekly meetings and collaborative spaces.
- Work in a multicultural, international environment.
- Participate in events and workshops.
- Build a global network.
- Develop both hard and soft skills (public speaking, customer support, Google Workspace, etc.).
- Gain leadership experience with a personalized development plan.
