Voluntary involvement forms the very basis of the Red Cross's work. You are needed!
As a recruiter, you act as a bridge between different businesses and new volunteers. In consultation with Gothenburg's volunteer leader in the Red Cross, you ensure the quality of the recruitment process by disseminating information about the activities, receiving and introducing new volunteers in a good way. You will be part of a creative team of recruiters whose mission is to support volunteer leaders and ensure that the Red Cross grows!

You are expected to:
- Collect recruitment needs from the businesses
- Administer and distribute assignments in appropriate channels
- Receive and handle expressions of interest
- Interview and match volunteers to the right assignments
- Introduce new volunteers to the activities' volunteer leaders
- Be a support in the introduction and training of new volunteers
- If necessary, organize and participate in information meetings
- Based on your assignment, be part of the Swedish Red Cross's crisis preparedness and be prepared to increase your commitment in the event of a crisis.
Extent
You undertake to:
- Have continuous dialogue with the activities and their volunteer leaders
- Ongoing administration and management of assignments and requests for interest
- Together with the team, contribute with suggestions to develop the recruitment process in creative ways
- Time consumption approx. 4 hours per week. May vary depending on needs and events in the outside world. The assignment can be carried out remotely from your own computer as well as together in a group in the circle's premises

You are passionate about the Swedish Red Cross's view of humanity and humanitarian values. The basic principles of the Red Cross are guiding principles in all voluntary work and within the scope of the assignment you sign a non-disclosure agreement and undergo the mandatory trainings/introductions required for the assignment.

Hybrid - Uppdraget kan genomföras på distans från egen dator lika väl som tillsammans i grupp i kretsens lokaler
