Role Overview:
You will lead and manage your team's performance, representing your Local Branch. Reporting directly to the National Marketing Directors.

Marketing Responsibilities:
- Guide your team in promoting AIESEC in your city through online and offline activities.
- Manage University & Public Relations.
- Oversee promotional materials and help create strategic plans for your university.
Team Leadership Responsibilities:
- Provide Learning & Development services.
- Support daily team processes.
- Organize weekly meetings and collaborative spaces.
